I look back to around 10 years at YXLON International GmbH, in which I was about to implement Systems Engineering as an integral part of all organizational changes of this today 300-head company.
In the presentation, I discuss the presumably typical constraints and difficulties of a medium-sized hidden champion with growth strategy and try to share my personal insights which components of SE work out in such field.
